Guide
How Tinderhaj works
From signing up to your shark's first match, in five steps.
Step 1
Sign up
With an email and a password, or with an account you already have elsewhere. Passkeys and two-step sign-in are there if you want them.
Create an accountStep 2
Make a profile for your shark
A name, a picture or two, a few words and what it loves. Its card shows beside you as you fill it in. Got a whole pod? Each shark gets its own.
Step 3
Send it for review
A moderator checks every profile by hand. Once it's verified it shows up in discovery; if something needs changing, you're told what.
What we look forStep 4
Browse discovery
Search by name, location, pronouns or interests. Newly verified sharks get a boost for their first few days.
Open discoveryStep 5
Send hearts, find matches
Heart a shark you like. When it hearts one of yours back, that's a match, and both of you see how to reach the other, if you've added a way in Settings.

Send its profile in for review and a moderator checks it by hand. Until it's verified, only you can see it. If something needs changing, your profiles page says what.
Yes. Each one gets its own profile, pictures and hearts, all on one account.
Send a heart to a shark you like. When it hearts one of yours back, that's a match.
